The children of Bob and Marti Hawkins happily announce their parents' 50th wedding anniversary! Bob and Marti were married on Feb. 8, 1969 in Melrose, IA. They have been blessed with two children, Bonn (Sherri) and Erik (Shanna), six grandchildren (Allyson, Brooke, Zoe, Blake, Lola and Stella) and one great-grandchild (Kaiden).
An open house will be held at the VFW Post 788 in Cedar Rapids on Feb. 9, 2019 from 1 to
4 p.m. They also will be celebrating this grand milestone on an Alaskan cruise in June.
