Mama, Kari Renee
Palmer, is engaged to CPL Ian Anthony Hessing (USMC)! Kari and Ian will be married at the Cedar Rapids
Public Library on August 16, 2014. The couple met at McKinley Middle School twelve years ago but their fairy tale began in 2011. Ian served in the Marine Corps from 2008-2013. Ian is now attending
college majoring in Criminal Justice and Kari is going to school to become an
elementary teacher. The couple plans on raising their family in Cedar Rapids.
They will honeymoon somewhere warm!
