University and is a Retail Banking Officer with Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust. Mr. Clarke is a graduate of Clarke University in Dubuque, IA and is a Senior Systems Administrator for the University of

Iowa. The couple plans to marry on May 17, 2014 in Waukon with a reception to follow.
