Timothy Paul Boies
Toddville
The world lost a ray of sunshine on February 20, 2026, with the passing of Timothy Paul Boies of Toddville, Iowa.
Tim was born on June 28, 1966, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, to Paul and Jane (Nelson) Boies. From an early age, Tim's kindness and humor made every room a little brighter.
Tim was known for his infectious humor, tireless work ethic, and the genuine friendship he offered to so many. He always had a tool to lend, a listening ear, or wise advice to share. When not working, Tim found joy in fishing, hunting, or racing anything with wheels, always bringing laughter along the way. He cherished every moment with his family and grandkids. Whether outdoors or tinkering in the garage, he was always making memories that would last forever.
Tim is lovingly remembered by his wife, Tammy (Brosh) Boies; his children, Amy Boies of Toddville, Brittney (Zach) Armstrong of Springville, and Paul (Jordan) Boies of Palo. He was a devoted Pops to Mia, Jainee, Orrick, Roy, and Nola. He is also survived by his siblings, Mark (Joy) Boies and Cami (Ed) DeRuiter, all of whom he held close to his heart. Tim was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held on March 1, 2026, from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. at the Toddville Legion, 3275 Otter Rd., Toddville, IA 52341, where friends and family will gather to share stories, laughter, and love in Tim's memory.
