celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a trip to Hawaii. The couple was married on February 14, 1964 in the Chapel at Central Park Presbyterian Church in Cedar Rapids. They have four children: Bob Tanner and wife Carri, Hills, IA, Cheryl Harding and husband Jeff, Marion, IA, Allison Johnson and husband Jeff, Cedar Rapids, and Meredith Slaymaker and husband Keith, Port St. Lucie, FL. They have nine grandchildren: Zach and Rebecca Tanner, Katie and Kristen Harding, Rachel and Elyse Johnson, and Alexavier, Savannah and Scarlett Slaymaker.
