heartfelt thanks to everyone who cared for Russel during the past couple of months. Our many thanks to the staff of Unity Point CCU and ICU. Everyone was so accommodating, kind and

caring … nursing staff, respiratory,

physical and occupational therapists,

dietary staff and housekeeping. Thank you to each and every one of you. We

also want to thank the many physicians that provided such wonderful care of Russel the past few years to include: Dr. Cowden, Katie Cavanaugh and Dr. Trautman. And a very special thank you

to Dr. Bell and the Hospice staff.
