U.S. Rep. Ashley Hinson is a rubber stamp for Donald Trump. Anything he wants she will give it to him; therefore, she approves of his tariffs. Those tariffs have hurt the farmer.
Because of Trump's trade wars, commodity prices are down and input costs are up. Any Iowan, Republican or Democrat, in the U.S. Senate is a voice to overturn Prop 12 - a California ballot measure. Donald Trump says tariffs will improve the markets. How long does the farmer have to wait before the markets improve? Donald Trump will send a check to farmers to cover some of the loses sometime this month. Farmers want markets not checks.
