Violence in politics is not good. It is, however, symptomatic. When words come to stop the violence from the party in super-majority control, it clearly lacks introspection. When the voices, rights and freedoms of the minority are stifled at every turn and the rhetoric of violence that were initiated and encouraged by the antics of the “Tea Party”, now camouflaged as MAGA. With the leader of the movement as current president espousing violence, retribution, anger and bullying every day, those voices of calm ring hollow. Not only do they ring hollow, but they also lack intelligence and seem only to serve the furtherance of oppression and likelihood of further violence. But power and money have always had blind sides.
