Portland. Chris is employed at Scotty's in Tigard, OR. Their wedding will take place at the Vista Hills Vineyard in Dayton, OR, on September 14, 2014. Grandparents of the couple include Elmer and Doris Manson of Manchester, Agnes Mensen and the late Melvin Mensen of Earlville, IA, Joan Burgess and the late Robert Burgess of Navarre, FL.
