The Brooklyn Opera House, a historic staple in the Brooklyn community since 1911, has announced upcoming events in 2026, continuing a strong tradition of arts, entertainment and community connection.
Over the past year, the Brooklyn Opera House, 115 Jackson St., hosted 158 events and welcomed 11,345 visitors, from concerts and theater to graduations and weddings. Building on that success, the upcoming season brings a mix of live music and special programs designed to offer something for a wide range of audiences.
Upcoming events include:
- Live Band Karaoke, Feb. 14: Take the stage and live out rock star dreams with Live Band Karaoke, an interactive experience that allows participants to sing alongside a professional band. Guests are encouraged to arrive early for an Italian Dinner hosted by the American Legion from 5 to 7:30 p.m. (free will donation), with proceeds benefiting the “Wall That Heals,” the replica Vietnam Veterans Memorial coming to Brooklyn this summer.
- Are You Ready For It? A Taylor Swift Experience, Feb. 22: A tribute to one of the most iconic pop stars of the decade, this Taylor Swift tribute show features fan-favorite hits and is perfect for Swifties of all ages.
- PetRock, March 7: Bringing a retro ‘70s vibe to the stage, PetRock delivers shows full of catchy hits, period style and playful performances. Perfect for audiences of all ages, the band offers everything from intimate acoustic sets to full electric shows.
“We’re grateful for the support we received over the past year,” said Laura Manatt, general manager of the Brooklyn Opera House. “With new performances and special events planned for 2026, we’re excited to share another memorable year with the community.”
