Dubuque
Kyle S. Seay, 19, of Dubuque, Iowa, passed away on Monday, January 19, 2026, at MercyOne Dubuque.
Friends and family may visit on Monday, January 26, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., at Leonard Funeral Home and Crematory, 2595 Rockdale Road.
A Funeral Service will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at the funeral home with Rev. Carla Wildberger officiating.
Kyle was born April 6, 2006, in Dubuque, Iowa, the son of Steven and Brandie (Randklev) Seay. He graduated from Dubuque Senior High School in 2024. Kyle enjoyed being outside, dogs, and being surrounded by his family and close friends.
He is survived by his parents Steve and Brandie Seay of Dubuque; brother Justin Seay of Dubuque; grandparents, Linda (James Losh) Randklev of Marion, and Janice Kringle of Dubuque; along with numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Kyle is preceded in death by his grandpas, Tom Randklev, Phillip (Janis) Seay, and Ollie Kringle.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
The family would like to thank Kyle’s long-term nurse, Sue Reisdorf; Dr. Kevin Mullen, the nurses and staff at MercyOne ICU and Hills and Dales for their compassionate care of Kyle.
