Onnah Dvorak Family Benefit

Onnah is 7 years old. She has been battling a severe kidney

disease called FSGS -

Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis - since she was 2 years old. Over the last year, Onnah has required hospitalizations every 1-2 weeks at the University of Iowa Children's Hospital to manage her disease. Unfortunately, Onnah's condition is at the point where a kidney transplant is being

considered. Onnah has kept us all going with

her wide smile and unstoppable spirit.

A benefit will be held for Onnah on

Saturday, February 8, 2014 at Benton

Community High School, 600 First Street, Van Horne, IA. From 5 - 6:30 p.m. there will be a Free Will Donation Meal and Silent Auction. At 6:30 p.m. there will be a Dessert Auction and Live Auction. Cash donations may be sent to
