Virginia M. Scheetz, age 99 longtime resident of Oxford, died Friday, January 16, 2026, at Keystone on Forevergreen in North Liberty.
Funeral Mass will be held at 11 am Friday, January 23, 2026, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Oxford, where a time of visitation will be held from 9:30 am Friday until services at the church. Burial will be at the Oxford Cemetery followed by a luncheon at St. Mary’s Auditorium in Oxford. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in her honor to Oxford First Responders or St. Croix Hospice.
