Aubrey J. Coder-Holderman, age 35, passed away on January 15, 2026, due to surgical complications.
Aubrey was born on July 5, 1990, in Cedar Rapids, lowa, to Jamie Coder and Curtis Laver.
She is survived by her loving husband, Chris Holderman; her children, Lexi, Bentley, Bailey, Westley, Lily, and Bodhi; her mother, Jamie Coder-Laver; her father, Curtis Laver; her father, Brian Severson; and her stepmother, Melissa Severson. She is also survived by her siblings, Justin Coder, Keaton Laver, Dakota Lent, Ciara Wade, Brianna Volesky, and Jake Severson. She is further survived by her grandparents, Kenneth Coder, JoDee and Gene Moody, and Marnie, all of Cedar Rapids, lowa; many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and special friend Abby.
Aubrey was a free spirit and wildflower, known for her great sense of humor and her unforgettable laugh. She loved Jesus, music, books, nature, animals, rocks and crystals, bracelets, necklaces, fashion, painting, and plants. One of her favorite songs was "Save Me" by Jelly Roll, a reflection of both her depth and her heart. Her soul was as beautiful as she was.
A Celebration of Life will be held this spring or early summer. when all six of her children are able to be together.
A Go Fund Me will be set up for her husband and children.
