The family of Roger Severide would like to express our deepest thanks for the outpouring of love and support during our sad and sudden loss. We truly appreciate all the calls, texts, emails, visits,

flowers, memorial donations, food, hugs, and prayers. We especially would like to thank Pastor Lyle and Pastor Ritva for the beautiful service and the entire team of volunteers at St.

Stephen's Lutheran Church. Also, to Abby, Joel, Shondra, and Althea and the terrific staff at the Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy, and the incredible nurses and staff at Mercy Hospital ICU and 9th Floor team. Senior Center, and most recently, Pat McGrath - all jobs he truly enjoyed. "So it is true, when all is said and done, grief is the price we pay for love." We share a genuine love of Roger and now must share in our grief. Our hearts are filled with gratitude to each of you.
