Florence Lorraine Schoff of Kremmling Colorado went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 17th, 2025. Visitation will be at 10:00am on Monday, January 12th, 2026, with a funeral service to follow at 11:00 am. Both will be held at Good News Church, 1203 3rd Ave SW, Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Burial will be at the Lisbon Cemetery, Lisbon, Iowa.
Florence was a member of Federated Church in Lisbon Iowa, Good New Church in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Gore Range Baptist Church in Kremmling, Colorado. Florence was born in Waterloo, Iowa on May 8th, 1923.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne, after sixty-one years of marriage, and her brother, Charles Downey.
She is survived by her two Children; Kathleen Yost (Schoff) and husband James of Kremmling, Colorado; and Perry Schoff and wife Jane, of Vinton, Iowa. Also, six grandchildren; Brandon Yost and wife Ros, Natasha Smith (Yost) & husband Wes, Rachelle Dell (Yost) & husband Nate, Isaac Schoff & wife Jana, Talisha Davis (Schoff) & husband Mike, and Tony Hocamp & wife Tricia. Florence had thirteen great grandchildren: Natalia Dell, Nicholas Hocamp, Joshua Hocamp, Elisabeth Ritchie (Hocamp) & husband Chase, Braedyn Davis, Fletcher Davis, Dothan Smith, Machiah Smith, Pascal Smith, Anastasia Smith, Ivan Schoff, William Schoff, and a great-great granddaughter, Genevieve Ritchie.
Florence had a great love for children and spent many years teaching Sunday School and other children's ministries. Her greatest desire was to see family and friends come to know Christ. Bill Striegel will conduct her funeral. The casket will be open during visitation, and the burial will be in the Lisbon City cemetery following the luncheon at Good News Church.
