Pamela Daggett Kramer Exley
Pamela Sue (Daggett) Exley, 64, succumbed to ovarian cancer October 9, 2013 at Spohn
Hospital in Corpus Christi, TX. She was born January 29, 1949 in Cedar Rapids to Hugh and Helen (Bizulis) Daggett. She married Frank E. Kramer on December 22, 1967 in Iowa. He
preceded her in death. They had three sons, Mike (Theresa) Kramer of Houston, Frank
Kramer of Midlothian, Joe (Carrie) Kramer of Corpus Christi. She married Gary Exley on May 11, 2002 in Corpus Christi. He survives. He brought a daughter, Heather Exley, into her life. Pam cherished her many granddaughters, grandsons and great-grandchildren. Her
sisters, Patricia (Jack) Feild, Nikki Bracy, Sandy (Steve) David of Iowa, Tina (Andy Staubly) Daggett of Los Angeles, CA; and many beloved nephews, nieces, grandnephews and grandnieces, were always in her thoughts and prayers. Pam attended Jefferson High School in Cedar Rapids. She had a deep love for her childhood horses; enjoyed breeding, training and showing her dogs. She loved spending time at big family gatherings. She relished her long-time Corpus Christi seaside life. She
retired from a successful sales position at Lack's Furniture. She was adored by her fluffy, white bichon frise, Penny. Mass was held
October 11, 2013 in the hospital chapel.
Her inurnment was Saturday, June 7, 2014 at St. John's Cemetery, Cedar Rapids.
