Is Trump moving us to war in the Venezuela?

I am concerned about Trump’s escalation in the Caribbean. His Department of Justice has cleared him of any wrong doing. However, has he violated any international maritime law? Do we really need an aircraft carrier to stop a few drug runners’ boats? The drugs coming into the U.S. by these boats are a small amount as compared to the amount smuggled in at the ports of entry. Isn’t the job of the Coast Guard to stop these boats from entering the U.S.? Remember the LUSITANIA? At the time the Germans thought that the ship was carrying war materials, so the sunk the ship, instead of boarding it. The sinking caused the U.S. to enter World War I. Is Trump planning to get us into a war in Venezuela?
