Brucemore, a nationally significant historic site, has been nominated for USA TODAY’s 10BEST Readers’ Choice Award for Best Holiday Historic Home Tour.
This prestigious recognition celebrates Brucemore’s beloved holiday experiences, including self-guided tours, which are a cherished tradition for visitors from around the country. This marks the sixth year that Brucemore has been nominated for this award.
Voting is now open to the public. Supporters can help Brucemore stay in the top 10 by voting at bit.ly/Brucemore10Best2025. Votes can be cast once per day through Monday, Dec, 1, at 11:59 a.m. The top 10 winners will be announced on at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 10.
Brucemore’s holiday tours invite guests to step into the magic of the season with over a dozen dazzling Christmas trees, sparkling décor, and a nostalgic glimpse into holiday traditions of the past.
This year, new audio and visual experiences will give visitors a glimpse into how servants working at Brucemore prepared for the Douglas family’s celebrations. Visitors can choose from two self-guided tour experiences: A Brucemore Christmas and Holiday Nights.
