The replica of the one on Liberty Island in New York Harbor is made of 1/16th inch copper plate. Trades people repaired a hole in the back of Lady Liberty’s head, fabricated and attached new spikes on her crown and reattached her torch-holding outstretched arm as well as other restoration.
