Vicki Rae Newburn, 75, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, passed away on Monday, October 6, 2025, at St. Luke's Hospital, Cedar Rapids. Visitation: 4:00-6:00 p.m., Monday, October 13, 2025, Papich-Kuba Funeral Home East, 1228 2nd Street SE, Cedar Rapids, Iowa 52401. Burial: 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 14, 2025, Garden of Memories Cemetery, Waterloo, Iowa.
Vicki was born on January 21, 1950, the daughter of Lester Franke and Esther (Hach) Collis.
Vicki enjoyed growing flowers, caring for cats, gambling, and baking cookies.
Vicki is survived by her son, Robert Newburn; grandson, Josiah Newburn; many cousins and their families; and her best friend, Cindy Usher.
Vicki was preceded in death by her parents.
