Healthy restaurant Crisp & Green plans first Corridor location in Coralville

CORALVILLE — A fresh new option for dining is sprouting its first Eastern Iowa location soon.

Crisp & Green, a fast-casual salad restaurant, is planning its first location at Iowa River Landing in early 2026.

The new location, 805 E. Second Ave., is the chain’s second opening in Iowa after West Des Moines. The growing restaurant has over 40 locations across 16 states, the lion’s share of which are located in its home state, Minnesota.

Crisp & Green’s menu specializes in salads, grain bowls, wraps, smoothies and acai bowls, with a wide variety of health-conscious options made from scratch in each category.

“Their chef-crafted menu and commitment to community are perfect fits for (Iowa River Landing,)” said Kristie Wetjen, Iowa River Landing manager. ”They’re a vibrant addition to our neighborhood, providing even more variety to our visitors and residents as a great place to connect and grab a healthy meal.”
