Together with their families, Amanda Zimmerman and Eric Griggs are excited to announce their engagement. Amanda is the daughter of Dave and Maria Zimmerman of Grinnell, KS. Eric is the son of Terry and Barb Griggs of Marion, IA.

Amanda attended Kansas State University and Eric attended University of Iowa, before both attended and graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2009. They currently own Northwest Kansas Chiropractic in Colby, KS.

The couple will be married November 27, 2010, at St. Paul's Catholic Church in Angelus, KS.
