John and Susan Gessner of Watkins would like to announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Ashlynn Marie of Cedar Rapids, to Daniel James Riley of Twentynine Palms Base, CA. Daniel is the son of Rick and Diane Riley of Norway.
Ashlynn is a Cosmetologist with Cost Cutters in Cedar Rapids. Daniel is Private First Class with the United States Marine Corp. A January 1, 2011, wedding is being planned at A Touch of Class in Cedar Rapids.
