Delivery issues persist after print reduction

The Gazette offers audio versions of articles using Instaread. Some words may be mispronounced.
Around the time The Gazette began publishing the paper only three times weekly, I started to experience delivery issues.
There would be numerous times The Gazette was not delivered. I would call Customer Service, they in turn would inform the delivery team.
This has gone on enough. First I canceled Wednesday delivery. Then the Saturday delivery would more times than not, not be delivered. So I canceled Saturday delivery. Yesterday marked the fourth out of five Sundays I have not received the Sunday edition. (Last week I got two copies delivered.) Each time I contact The Gazette, I am told they will contact Delivery. Nothing ever changes, or improves. This is completely unacceptable.
I am now considering canceling the printed version, altogether. Is this the end goal of The Gazette; to get customers to discontinue the printed version completely?
