Dwayne and Julie Hensch of Cedar Rapids are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their son, Matthew Dwayne Hensch, to Julia Catherine Brimeyer. Julia is the daughter of Dennis and Laurinda Brimeyer of

Dubuque, IA.

Matt graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and currently works as a design engineer for Caterpillar in Peoria, IL. Julia graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of

Science degree in Chemistry. She is finishing her fourth year of medical school at the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine and will graduate on May 13. Julia will be doing her residency in pediatrics at Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, MO starting in July.

The couple plan a spring wedding at St. Luke's United Methodist Church in Dubuque, with a reception to follow at the Grand River Center.
