Max Weldon Stransky passed away after a brief illness on June 20, 2025, at Mercy Hospital in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The family has scheduled a celebration of life open house in Max’s honor at 2 to 4 pm on August 24, 2025, at St. Jude’s Catholic Church, 50 Edgewood Road NW, Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Refreshments will be provided with gluten-free and diabetic options available. The family requests guests bring their memories to share on a ‘memory sharing board’ provided.
