Barbara Elisabeth Tinsley, 75, of Iowa City passed away Thursday, July 24, 2025, at Crestview Specialty Care, West Branch, IA. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11 AM Friday, August 1, 2025, at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church, Iowa City. Visitation will be held one hour prior to Mass. Burial will be at held at 11 AM Monday, August 4, 2025, at Harlan Cemetery, Harlan, IA. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church or the Newman Catholic Student Center at the University of Iowa.
