Don Thomas and Deborah Lebeda joyfully announce their engagement. Reverend William B. Harnish will officiate a private Christian wedding celebration with family on November 15, 2010. A reception for friends will follow in December. Don served the city of Cedar Rapids as Commissioner of Streets and Public Improvements for 12 years. Deborah served as a police officer on the Cedar Rapids Police Department for 5 years. Don owns and operates Thomas Construction Company. Deborah is a Realtor with Skogman Realty. The couple is devoted to Christian ministry and global missionary work. They will reside in Cedar Rapids and Santa Fe, NM.
