Fireworks are still traumatizing

Do not be fooled by the reported drop in fireworks-related calls in Cedar Rapids. Think about it. There were fewer calls because it was legal for residents to use fireworks in Cedar Rapids.
Do not be fooled. Pets, other animals, and those who suffer PTSD were no less traumatized.
