Katherine Randall and Mark Humphrey, both of St. Louis, MO, announce their engagement. Katherine is the daughter of John and Jody Randall of Hiawatha. Mark is the son of Paul and Debbie Humphrey of St. Charles, MO. The couple will be united in marriage on July 17, 2010, in St. Louis.
