Allen ‘Al’ Vincent, 63, passed away peacefully on May 31, 2025 in his home in Mount Vernon, Iowa. He loved his bike, his music, and the quiet peace of the water.
“If you’re not fishing, biking, or rocking… sucks for you.”
Born June 17, 1961, in Cedar Rapids, Al was the son of Richard and Mary Jean (Fisher) Vincent. He attended Solon High School and worked for Harger’s Acoustics in Ely until his retirement in 2023.
He will be missed by many. If you were his friend, you knew it and it meant something.
Al is survived by his wife, Crystal; his son, Trent (Alex Kline) Vincent; his stepdaughter, Hannah (Justin) Bergen; and brother Brad (Jennifer) Vincent. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Valerie Jones.
