Teri L. Winegar, 64, passed on June 3, 2025, in Oklahoma, following a battle with COPD.
Born on March 9, 1961, Teri graduated from Solon High School, Class of 1979. She later made her home in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, where she owned and operated Above Average Always Cleaning Services.
Upon retirement, Teri relocated to Oklahoma to be closer to extended family.
She was preceded in death by her mother and stepfather, Karen and Ben Mills-VanVeen.
Teri is survived by her father and stepmother, Trent and Judi Winegar of Evergreen, Colorado; her brother and sister-in-law, Troy and Kelly Winegar of Solon, Iowa; and her beloved cousins, Bill and Kasey Bauman of Wagoner, Oklahoma, and Tom and Laura Brown of Owasso, Oklahoma.
