Barbara A. Willoughby, age 85, lifetime resident of Iowa City, passed away Tuesday, May 20, 2025.
Funeral services will be held at 11 am Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Services where there will be a time of visitation one hour prior to the services. Burial will be at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Iowa City. A memorial fund has been established in her honor.
