Saroya Noel Mally, 42, formerly of Cedar Rapids, passed away in her home unexpectedly on May 13, 2025.
Saroya was born on December 25, 1982, to Caralee Jean Mally and Jessie Earl wright. Saroya was the mother of five beautiful children whom she loved with all her heart. Saroya was a very strong woman and when she loved you she would take on the world for you. She didn't always have it easy in life but made the most she could out of her story. She is loved by so many and will truly be missed. Rest easy to our Beautiful Christmas baby!
A celebration of life will be held in the near future.
Saroya is survived by her fiancé Abraham Jaquez; children Trelynn Mally-Nawaz , Savara Strong, Zay Mally-Nawaz, Essie Mally-Nawaz and Temperance Mally (Asla Mally); brothers Jessie (Jessica) Mally, Jordan (Leila) Mally, Jared Ferguson and Jacob Ferguson; sisters Selina (Brett) Auger-Mally, Sienna (Jawad) Mally-Nawaz, Simone Mally, Skyla (Beto) Duran and Amber Mally-Nawaz; father Jessie Earl Wright; and grandmother Bernice Wright.
She was preceded in death by her mother Caralee Jean Mally, niece Evangeline Mally-Nawaz, uncle Christopher Glenn Mally, grandfather Daryl Mally, grandmother Patricia Mally, grandfather Jessie Wright Sr., aunt Gloria Pearl Teague, and many other beloved family members.
