Jennifer Smith and Shawn Aning, both of Cedar Rapids, are pleased to announce their engagement and upcoming wedding. Parents of the couple are Bert and Cathy Smith of Hiawatha, Terry Aning of Austin, TX, and Arlene Chase of Omaha, NE.
Jennifer is a Registered Nurse at St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids. Shawn is a Mechanic at Cedar Rapids Toyota in Hiawatha.
The couple plan to wed in an outdoor ceremony on October 2, 2010, at 3:30 p.m. The ceremony will be held at The Touch of Class in Cedar Rapids, with a reception and dance to follow.
