Novak - Zillman

CEDAR RAPIDS - Jacquelyn Wells Novak and Paul Daniel Zillman, both of Cedar Rapids, were united in marriage on July 25, 2009. Father Thomas McDermott presided over the 1:30 p.m. ceremony at St. Ludmilas Catholic Church in Cedar Rapids. A reception was held at the Marriott in Cedar Rapids.

Maid of Honor was Veronica Novak and Matron of Honor was Celeste Rawlins. Bridesmaids were Erika Hass, Diane Roethler, and Alicia Seliger.

Best Man was Kevin Schultz. Groomsmen were Brad McIntire, Douglas Hass, Nathan Novak, and Tim Wiley.

Ushers were Alan Stalnaker and Josh Maurer. Ring Bearers were Ethan Lewey and Brayden Novak. Flower Girl was Lindsey Roethler.

Jacquelyn is the daughter of Thomas Novak of Lansing, IA and Patricia Novak of Pocahontas, IA. She is the granddaughter of Barbara Mayberry of Pocahontas. Paul is the son of Daniel and Roberta Zillman of Marion, IA.

Jacquelyn is a graduate of Wartburg College and Des Moines University Physician Assistant Program. She is employed as a Physician Assistant Resident in Emergency Medicine at the University of Iowa.

Paul is a graduate of the University of Iowa. He is employed as an I.T. Professional for GoDaddy.com.

The couple honeymooned in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
