Matthew Serbousek and Hillary Burr, both of Cedar Rapids, announce their engagement. Hillary is the daughter of Kenny and Denice Burr of Cedar Rapids. Matthew is the son of Dan and Deb Serbousek of Shueyville. The couple will exchange vows on August 28, 2010.
