Jerry and Barbara Hall of Cedar Rapids are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Shayla, to Timothy Link. Tim is the son of Max Link of Cedar Rapids, and Bev Christensen of Marion.
The couple plan to exchange nuptials at Noelridge Christian Church on August 7, 2010.
