Ismael and Laura Pena announce the engagement of their daughter, Leslie Arlhey Pena, to David Collin Boots, son of Randy and Sandy Boots, all of Mechanicsville.
The couple will be married at 4 p.m. on Saturday, October 2, 2010, at the Palisades Kepler State Park in Mount Vernon, IA.
