Sydney Rieckhoff, the 24-year-old co-founder of a family-owned gourmet popcorn company in Cedar Rapids, is using her passion for entrepreneurship to advocate for changes to the Small Business Administration. Rieckhoff traveled to Washington D.C. in January to attend the State of the Union address and speak with lawmakers about ways to help small business owners.
