Laurie Beth Proesch and William Scott Edwards were married June 5, 2010, at Olde St. Ann's church in Long Grove, IA. The reception was held at the Elks' Lodge in Davenport.
Laurie is the daughter of LeeRoy and Karen Proesch of Wheatland. Bill is the son of Betty Munze of Bella Vista, AR. Maternal grandmother is Betty Neiderhiser of Clarence.
Laurie graduated from Calamus-Wheatland High School, St. Ambrose University, and the University of Iowa, with an M.A. in elementary Education. She currently teaches first grade at Harrison Elementary in Davenport.
William graduated from Sioux City North High School and the University of Iowa. He is currently self-employed.
