Sarah Pearson and Joe Wendl were joined in marriage June 5, 2010, at the Cedar Hills Community Church in Cedar Rapids. Sarah is the daughter of Tracy and Dennis Pearson of Mechanicsville. Joe is the son of Cindy and Steve Wendl of Anamosa. The bride and groom are both Certified Public Accountants in the Des Moines area, and will make their home in Clive, IA.
The couple honeymooned in Curacao.
