Ronald Willard Wegner, 89 years old, of Independence, IA, died April 9, 2025 in Waterloo, IA.
Visitation was Sunday, April 13, 2025, at White Funeral Home, Independence.
Private family funeral services were Monday, April 14, 2025, at the First United Methodist Church followed by burial at Mt. Hope Cemetery, all in Independence. Military rites were accorded by Bechter-Boies VFW Post 2440 and Sheehan-Tidball American Legion Post 30, assisted by the United States Army.
Memorials will be directed to the family to be donated to Ron’s favorite organizations.
