Jay passed away on his 70th birthday, March 21, 2025, at Crawford County Memorial Hospital. Jay was preceded in death by his parents and brother John.
Survivors include his loving wife, Kim Heiden of Denison; children, Conrad (Rebecca) Heiden of Denison, Jacob (fiancé Katie) Heiden of Danbury, CT, and Jaden Heiden of Denison; siblings, William (June) Heiden of Grimes, Jerry (Jean) Heiden of Denison, Patricia (Bill Waldie) Heiden of Iowa City; sister-in-law, Shauna Heiden of Denison; brother-in-law Craig (Diane) Bergman of Pasadena, CA; aunt Theresa Rohwer of Cleveland, OH; many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and two silly grand-pups.
