What methodology did the DOGE “boys” use to cut personnel out of the various Federal agencies? Please pass that “methodology” on to the public. If they can’t tell you what methodology they used, that answer is unacceptable. Our elected officials should demand the method and data for each layoff.
In my former life I was a ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, which meant I was trained in process control, statistics and problem solving. A couple of the methods used might be a Process Flow maps and Value Stream Maps then they can show the justification/savings for the personnel elimination.
Secondly, “We The People” owe a great debt to our veterans. Any elimination of personnel and services in Veterans Affairs needs to be justified and made public.
One of my instructors said “In God We Trust., all others bring data.” Where’s the data?
