IOWA CITY — Iowa women’s basketball guard Kylie Feuerbach will return for the 2025-26 season for her final year of eligibility.
The Sycamore, Ill., native transferred to Iowa following the 2020-21 season after playing her freshman year at Iowa State. Feuerbach, who missed the 2022-23 season with a torn ACL, has started every game in 2024-25, establishing herself as the team’s defensive player.
“We are thrilled to have Kylie return for an extra season,” Iowa head coach Jan Jensen said in a press release. “She is a tremendous teammate above all and will give us some veteran leadership for next year. She will return as one of the top defenders in the Big Ten.”
The sixth-seeded Hawkeyes travel to Norman, Okla., to face 11-seed Murray State in the first round of the NCAA women’s basketball tournament on Saturday. Tipoff is set for 11 a.m. (ESPN).
