Karl Alan Keuter, 69, of Manchester, Iowa, passed away on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at the University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City. He was born on July 28, 1955, in Dubuque, IA, the son of Dale and Eileen (Wills) Keuter. Karl was a 1973 graduate of West Delaware High School.
On August 6, 1977, Karl was united in marriage to Judy Ringgenberg at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Manchester. Four children were born to this union. Together they resided in Manchester. Karl loved his family and cherished spending time with them. Karl was a Salesman at the family business, EIP Manufacturing of Earlville. Most recently, Karl worked as a Salesman for Farmweld.
Karl was a lifelong member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church. He was an avid collector of watches, coins, toy cars, and anything associated with pigs. You could always find Karl tinkering at his shop. Karl’s shop was the ideal location to display his collection of antique cars, memorabilia, and other treasures.
Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Judy Keuter of Manchester, four children, Dr. Kaci (Peter) Angelone of Littleton, Colorado, Kipp (Fiance, JL Lerit) Keuter of Orlando, Florida, Kody Keuter, of Fort Worth, Texas, and Kory Keuter, of Des Moines; two grandchildren, Dominic and Aela Angelone; two siblings, Kim (Kathy) Keuter of Dubuque, Kathy (Pat) Krapfl of Delhi; Mother-in-law, Lavon Ringgenberg of Ames, several nieces and nephews; and two Shih-Tzus, Nora and Lola.
Karl was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Kevin Keuter; and father-in-law, Dean Ringgenberg.

Mass of Christian Burial: 10:30 AM on Saturday, February 1, 2025, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Manchester, Iowa, with Rev. Gabriel Anderson officiating.
Visitation: 3:00-7:00 PM, on Friday, January 31, 2025, at Leonard Muller Funeral Homes in Manchester, Iowa, where there will be a 2:30 PM Scripture Service. Friends may also call from 9:30-10:30 at the church on Saturday morning.
Private Family Inurnment will be at a later date at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Manchester, Iowa.
After the service, the family welcomes guests to share stories at Karl’s Shop (709 S. 5th St., Manchester), surrounded by all the things that Karl enjoyed so much.
The Keuter family would like to extend their heartfelt appreciation to the caring doctors and nursing staff at both the University of Iowa Health Care Medical Center in Iowa City, and the Hall Perrine Cancer Center in Cedar Rapids.
