The Iowa High School Athletic Association will hold the state baseball tournament at two sites for the the 2022 championships. Class 1A and 2A will return to Carroll’s Merchants Park and University of Iowa’s Duane Banks Field.
Due to a scheduling conflict, Principal Park in Des Moines will not be available to host the IHSAA state baseball tournament. For the first time since 2004, the tournaments will be split between two sites.
