Karen Gail Huebbe was born on April 5, 1984 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Karen was the daughter of Rod and Gail Thomas.
“Our children are a gift and Karen was the first one.”
Karen passed away January 14, 2025 surrounded by her family. She is survived by her parents, Rod and Gail; children, Anthony, Armond, and Alijah; fiancé Corey; and brother Sam. She is also survived by her birth mother Kim Lison.
Karen had a thirst for life. She was always willing to try new things. She also deeply loved her children. She will be sorely missed by all that knew her.
Service will be held at Spring of Life Church at 2300 26th St. NW on January 25 at 1:00 pm with a simple reception to follow.
